Lose Belly Fat

I have 15 years of age (men) and I have no abdominal fat and lovehandles. While I am not obese or overweight, but I would lose belly fat and lose my stomach area. I heard that cardio can make you lose fat, but I worry that if I do a lot of cardio that I will lose much weight. Any advice on how to lose belly fat without losing too much weight on cardio exercises? It is also advisable to lose belly fat and then concentrate on ab toning afterwards? Or maybe it's best to make the ab muscles training with the cardio? PS Can you also tell me how long the whole process will take. After talking with others on the web, I found the answer. If you are doing lots of cardio, which is good for the heart and body, and do not want to lose weight, but some fat, then you can eat more complex carbohydrates and lean proteins. The protein will allow the muscles to become, if they train with weights. In general, eating healthily with lots of vegetables, lean meats and complex carbohydrates and exercise, you will have no problem losing some fats. I'm on low carb, low fat, high fiber, high in protein and an hour of brisk walking 5 times a week, and I lost 31 pounds and have better health. Now I'm keeping my 108 pounds for over a year. I had the impression that the loss of fat leads to weight loss or vice versa, but it appears that both are different. Can anyone explain the difference?
